No worries. Your package will be directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).
You can write an email to mail@varianto25.com. Usually, we can make changes within 8 hours of placing an order. After that, we offer returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.
Please wait a few days to receive an email from us that your order is packaged and sent for shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number and instructions how to check its status. If you don't receive such an email in a week (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number.
If your order was damaged due to the courier, or any of our products is unsatisfactory for you - we will issue a refund or exchange it with a new one.
