1. How do I pay for my order?
We use PayPal as a payment gateway on our website.
It provides the option to pay with your own PayPal account or via debit/credit card.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
3. What is the shipping method?
We use the priority mail service for all orders.
All shipments have tracking numbers, which can be used to check the package's status. We ship worldwide and we have a flat rate of $5 regardless of the quantity or type of the purchased products.
4. How fast will I get the products after ordering?

It usually takes a day or two to process new orders and prepare them for shipping.
The delivery time depends on your region and may vary a little, but based on our experience so far it's somewhere along the lines of:

  • Europe: 5-15 business days
  • North America: 5-20 business days
  • Everywhere else: 10-30 business days
5. What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
No worries. Your package will be directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).
6. I made a mistake in my order!
You can write an email to mail ∂ varianto25.com. Usually, we can make changes within 8 hours of placing an order. After that, we offer returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.
7. How to check the status of my order
Please wait a few days to receive an email from us that your order is packaged and sent for shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number and instructions how to check its status. If you don't receive such an email in a week (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number.
8. Refund policy
If your order was damaged due to the courier, or any of our products is unsatisfactory for you - we will issue a refund or exchange it with a new one. Do not hesitate to contact us - we want our customers to enjoy our service and products, so in these cases we keep a very friendly communication and act very quickly to resolve your issue.
